While we will try to transfer any information you have provided to us during our testing stage, we give no guarantees or assurances that at the end of the testing stage such information will be transferred to our site. We may also modify our site during the testing stage in a way that may cause a loss of information. We are not liable for any such loss and it is your responsibility to back up any information you upload to our site. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

During out testing stage we use information held about you in the following ways:

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
